We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. At Lakhmana Desert Camp, we aim to be as flexible and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund policies.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official booking channels. The following terms apply:
– **7 days or more before check-in:** Full refund (excluding transaction charges, if any).
– **3 to 6 days before check-in:** 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
– **Less than 3 days or No Show:** No refund will be provided.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Early Departure or Unused Services
No refund will be provided for early check-outs or for any unused services included in the package (e.g., meals, activities, or safari rides).
4. Force Majeure
Lakhmana Desert Camp is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, or pandemics. In such cases, we may offer a rescheduling option subject to availability.
